Yoga for sagging breasts
Breasts tend to lose some shape after considerable weight loss. To combat breast looseness, try this asana to mould your breast muscle. Follow the yoga technique for breast firmness for a period of three months daily to notice results. Stand erect without causing the back to slouch. Place both feet apart from each other with a distance of about one foot on between the two legs. Keep your hands on the waist and breathe in deeply while drawing in air with the help of the stomach muscles. Inhale slowly but as you exhale, do it with as much force as you can. This breathing technique must be done thirty times in the first set and thirty times again in the second set. Do two sets a day of this particular asana and you will help the body to strengthen the sagging muscles. You will notice the breasts beginning to get prominent and raised.
