Yoga advice for increasing height
Exercise and yoga along with diet is useful for increasing height. It is very essential to set aside some time for yoga exercises so that beneficial results are achieved. However this is advantageous than expensive supplements that are available for increasing height. The basic for height increasing is stretching exercises that can help in strengthening the spine and will make it ready for height increasing exercises.
Sukhasana: This is breathing exercise that will help to strengthen the lower back.
Sit erect cross-legged with the hands on the knees. Lower the Knees. On inhaling raise the arms over the head-On exhaling bring the arms down slowly. Take 5 to 10 deep breaths slowly.
Bhujangasana: Lie down on your stomach with hands on the chest. Inhale and slowly raise your head and the chest as much as possible. Take few breaths and come down. This asana is useful for lengthening the back and the spine.
Supplements do help in strengthening the bones and the spine and also enhancing the growth hormone .However, supplements needs to be taken under medial supervision. Regular exercises and yoga with diet can do wonders in terms of increasing the height.
