At the age of twenty, you really should not assume that your growth phase is over. While a major part of your body structure like the skeletal system is fixed – until you get pregnant when some pelvic changes might happen – the rest of your body will be in a state of continuous change and evolution. In fact, now that you are twenty, you will really see more changes in your sexual organs and body shape. This is something that is entirely natural and it happens pretty early on in some and late in others; having said that, our bodies are nearly completely ruled by the play of hormones. For example, what makes men muscular – and even have an aggressive nature – is testosterone. What gives women their specific characteristics is estrogen and progesterone.
Estrogen And Progesterone Breast Growth
Breasts are basically a woman’s fat storage area just like the hips and buttocks. These change functions after pregnancy but until then stick to their original role. Therefore, it can be said that if you need to increase the size of your breasts, you need to increase your overall body mass. This is something that is quite possible but it is only worth doing this if you are already underweight. The first step is to increase the amount of estrogen in your system. Note that this is something that you should only do in the method given below and you should not meddle with your hormonal constitution in any other way like using contraceptive pills or you could end up ruining your reproductive system. The key here is phytoestrogen. These are plant estrogens and can be acquired from most nuts and – oddly – even from beer. How many nuts you do consume is also crucial. Stick to a standard serving of 10 grams of flax seed, almonds, or other nuts in a day. Avoid eating these for a few days after your period and during your period as well. It is a good idea to temper this estrogen burst with some progesterone, which can be done by drinking cow’s milk – the fresher the better.
Treatment And Diet
Your diet should also include a certain amount of fat but this fat should be chosen carefully. Do not gorge on animal fats and instead stick to vegetable oils, eggs, seafood, and perhaps chicken if you are a non-vegetarian. Exercise but stick to cardiovascular exercise and do not overdo it lest you burn off fat. Get lots of sleep and water and you will notice over time that your body shape will start to change.
